
Grocery Key Account Manager

Drive commercial growth and leverage data to inform business decisions in a senior leadership role.
This strategic position involves leading national accounts across the Woolworths Group and fostering strong customer relationships with key decision-makers of major national accounts.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining effective communication with national category buyers and collaboratively developing category strategies with customers.
- Tracking financial metrics and deliverables, prioritizing requirements based on risks and opportunities to meet annual financial targets.
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports, conducting comprehensive account reviews for each account.
- Account updates and supporting state account managers in executing customer strategies.
- Coding and mentoring account managers nationally to deliver tailored customer experiences and support account strategy.
- Problem-solving for customers as the interface between the customer and internal stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and developing innovative solutions.
Qualifications include:
- A minimum of Consumer Goods or FMCG experience at a National Account Manager level.
- Experience managing Woolworths is highly advantageous, but Coles experience is also considered.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to utilize data effectively.
- Clear progression opportunities into leadership roles.
- Participation in a growing organisation with a flexible working environment and collaborative culture.
- Direct work with the Sales & Marketing Director, and Managing Director.
