**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Specialist Aboriginal Domestic, Family & Sexual Violence Case Manager to join our team in the Moruya office.

This vital role delivers culturally safe, trauma-informed, and client-centred support tailored to the unique needs of Aboriginal clients.

The successful candidate will work closely with individuals and communities to provide holistic care that promotes healing, safety, and empowerment.

  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop safety plans
  • Provide culturally appropriate court support across the region
  • Manage cases and coordinate services to ensure wraparound support
  • Advocate for clients' rights and access to appropriate services and resources

This position plays a critical role in ensuring Aboriginal clients receive respectful, effective, and empowering support on their path to safety and wellbeing.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to multitask, and remain professional in all situations.

A willingness to learn and ability to work collaboratively as well as individually are also essential.

The minimum requirement is a Diploma of Community Services or an equivalent qualification in the Human Services field.
