As a Case Manager in our CYCLOPS program, you will work closely with young carers to help them thrive and reach their full potential.

About the Role
  • Support young carers aged 12-25 years old who are caring for family members.
  • Develop and implement tailored support plans to ensure young carers receive necessary resources and assistance.
  • Build strong relationships with young carers, their families, and community services through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to provide holistic support to young carers, addressing their diverse needs and circumstances.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field.
  • Experience working with young people and their families, preferably in a case management or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective relationship-building and collaboration.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively and managing competing demands.
