Job Title: Client Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support services to clients in need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support services to clients with complex needs, including those experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Provisional 2 NSW Driver's Licence
  • Ability to work independently and manage own workload
  • Strong client service skills and empathetic approach
  • Commitment to teamwork, excellence, and continuous improvement
