Client Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our Client Services Team as a Client Services Admin. This is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start your career in the financial services sector.
About the Role
As a Client Services Admin, you will be responsible for providing front office client service support, managing daily office logistics, and assisting with administration duties. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless client interactions and efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, or in-person
- Manage daily office logistics, including diary management, client bookings, and meeting coordination
- Assist with the preparation and management of client review reporting
- Update and maintain client records in our CRM system
- Perform daily general office duties and participate in ad-hoc projects
Requirements
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal
- Deadline-driven with high attention to detail
- Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Organized with the ability to multitask across a wide range of responsibilities
