Client Services Admin Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Client Services Admin to join our team at DCL Recruitment. As a key member of our Client Services Team, you will provide exceptional front office support and assist with the daily running of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the diaries of our advisors, scheduling client meetings and ensuring seamless coordination
  • Utilize our CRM system to initiate and manage workflows, updates, and client interactions
  • Provide first-point-of-contact support for clients via phone and in-person
  • Assist with team tasks and general office duties

Requirements:

  • A self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Previous experience with CRM systems

About the Role:

This is a part-time opportunity, working X3 days per week or flexible days within school hours.
