Job Summary

AFL Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and solicitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initial client contact and assessment of client enquiries
  • Allocating solicitors to clients and arranging client-solicitor meetings
  • Administrative tasks related to client services
  • Providing high-level customer service and support to clients and solicitors
Requirements
  • 1-10+ years of experience working as a legal assistant/secretary/paralegal or client services officer
  • Experience working in law firms that practice in personal injury/insurance law or in an insurance company
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High level of job satisfaction and commitment to customer service
