
Process Excellence Manager

The Process Excellence Manager is responsible for ensuring the operational efficiency of claims and support operations. They lead initiatives to drive process optimization, manage customer experiences, maintain compliance and service standards.
This role serves as a main customer advocate, flagging opportunities for improvement and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customers are at the center of decisions and programs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with insurance, claims, and engineering teams to onboard new partners and expand digital footprint.
- Improve existing processes focused on customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Operationalize newly designed processes and capabilities.
- Own end-to-end resolution of all claims and support inbounds, ensuring best experience possible for Customers.
- Manage and guide underwriting efforts and policy requirements/issues.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in all aspects of insurance claims management.
- Strong leadership and team mentoring skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to start-up pace environment and culture.
