Process Excellence Lead

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define Process Modeling Standards: Establish and maintain industry-leading process modeling standards, methodologies, and quality assurance frameworks.
  • Process Redesign Methodology Improvement: Continuously enhance the end-to-end process redesign methodology and associated playbooks.
  • BPM Platform Management: Oversee the enterprise-wide rollout, configuration, and ongoing administration of the BPM platform.
  • Legacy Process Migration: Successfully migrate legacy process content to a centralized process repository.
  • Process Documentation Governance: Define and implement process documentation and lifecycle governance frameworks.
  • Training and Enablement: Lead training, onboarding, and enablement initiatives for BPM adoption and process excellence.
  • Secure Process Repository: Maintain a secure, structured, and accessible enterprise-wide process repository.
  • Quality Audit Program: Define and implement a quality audit program for assessing process maturity, compliance, and documentation quality.
