We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as a Process Analyst - IT Service Operations.

As a key member of our IT Service Operations team, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing IT service processes to drive operational efficiency and improve service delivery maturity.

This is a 12-month fixed term contract role that requires strong analytical skills, effective stakeholder engagement, and a continuous improvement mindset to enhance IT service operations and deliver sustainable service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement efficient IT service processes to improve operational performance and service delivery maturity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions to address these gaps.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including procedures and standards.
  • Conduct regular reviews and analysis of IT service processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions to streamline IT service operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role or relevant field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and identify trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of ITIL best practices and experience with IT service management tools.
