Drive Process Excellence

This role offers a unique opportunity to drive process excellence across the organization by leading Lean Six Sigma initiatives and coaching employees in process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate Lean training and workshops for employees.
  • Coach employees in process improvements and provide guidance on implementing new processes.
  • Maintain and update Lean training content, including creating new modules and courses.
  • Work with external providers to align content with industry standards and accreditation requirements.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and lean thinking across the organization.
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure the impact of process improvements and identify areas for further development.
Requirements:
  • Experienced Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with a proven track record of driving process excellence.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a complex environment and navigate multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in a large-scale organizational setting.
