The eXenet Group is a dynamic and rapidly expanding business with luxury offices at Bankstown Airport. We are seeking a highly skilled Aviation Operations Coordinator to join our team, providing exceptional support to our CEO in reception, administration, and marketing tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-class customer service to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and resolving issues promptly.
  • Manage all phone enquiries, responding in a timely and professional manner, while maintaining accurate records of interactions.
  • Coordinate the receipt, monitoring, and response to digital and hard-copy correspondence, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism when meeting and greeting clients, serving as the primary point of contact for the company.
  • Perform day-to-day administration and general office duties, including facilities management, procurement of office supplies, and maintenance of office equipment.
  • Collaborate with the CEO on social media and marketing initiatives, leveraging your skills to enhance the company's online presence.
About You
  • We seek an individual with strong administrative skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent written and spoken English abilities.
  • A confident, warm, and approachable nature is essential for building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
