About the Job

Due to rapid growth, we're seeking a Senior Manager to design, lead, and optimize customer loyalty and retention strategy. This senior role will lead loyalty initiatives, shaping and executing strategies across marketing, development, and roadmap projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a data-driven loyalty strategy to maximize customer retention and lifetime value.
  • Lead the launch and ongoing development of our loyalty offerings, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
  • Utilize insights from customer behavior and program performance to optimize strategies, enhance engagement, and improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, operations, and analytics teams to integrate loyalty initiatives across all customer touchpoints.
  • Innovate through personalization and automation to create tailored customer experiences.
  • Manage partnerships and vendors to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Develop initiatives to increase engagement, repeat bookings, and brand loyalty.
  • Oversee cross-channel marketing automation for consistent communication.
  • Stay informed on martech trends and loyalty best practices to keep us at the forefront.

Requirements

  • 8+ years experience in loyalty, CRM, or retention marketing with proven impact.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with loyalty platforms, CRM tools, and marketing automation.
  • Successful track record in customer engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Excellent project management and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across teams.
  • Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for technology and making a positive impact on people's lives.
