About the Position:
">To support our business growth strategy, we are seeking an experienced Customer Retention Specialist to join our team in Brisbane.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Embody a customer-centric approach in all aspects of the role and responsibilities.
- Report directly to the QLD/VIC/TAS Field Sales Manager
- Effectively manage Account Manager Activities to proactively maximise existing customer base retention.
- Efficiently manage customer "change of ownership" processes. This includes defending of all current supply agreements and proactively resigning customers that are due to expire contract within a 6-month period
- Manage the "cylinder reconciliation/audit" process efficiently.
- Coordinate the "de-hire process" and document reasoning for potential lost customers, directing them to the Account Manager for "save" processes.
- Facilitate contact with customers as necessary to facilitate the "save" processes.
- Develop and maintain interdepartmental relationships with sales, logistics, administration, maintenance and technical teams.
- Ensure competence and compliance management of above areas in line with relevant standards and policies.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
">- Minimum of two years' experience in a retention role
- Strong time management skills, well organised and natural planners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to high-pressure situations while maintaining resilience
