Product Enrichment Coordinator Job Summary

This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality product information is available on our website. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the enrichment process for ecommerce products, including data points and photography.
  • Ensure timely and efficient management of product samples for photography.
  • Develop and maintain product descriptions using brand tone and voice.
  • Oversee the relationship with re-touchers to ensure photos are returned in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate ecommerce photography shoots and approve images for the site.
  • Liaise with brands and store teams to obtain required samples.
  • Maintain accurate product data on site to deliver exceptional customer experience.
  • Optimise the user filtering experience by associated relevant attributes to products.
  • Collaborate with the Ecommerce/SEO team to ensure products are optimised for SEO.
  • Build strong relationships with brands to facilitate the enrichment process.
  • Onboard new brands and manage consistent pricing across platforms.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year ecommerce operations coordination experience in Magento or similar eCom platform.
  • Copy writing capability and MS Excel (Intermediate-Advanced) skills.
  • Footwear retail or wholesale background or interest in Sport/Running.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to prioritise and meet deadlines, work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly self-driven with initiative to support wider team.
  • Analytical skills experience with Google Analytics (preferred but not essential).
