About the Role- Foster Engagement: Develop and lead activities that cater to diverse interests and abilities, creating a sense of community within our care home.
- Provide Supportive Care: Offer emotional support, daily assistance, and companionship to residents with cognitive impairment or mental health needs.
- Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with our Lifestyle Coordinator and care team to design and implement engaging programs, ensuring seamless progress documentation.
- Maintain a Safe Environment: Uphold infection control protocols, guaranteeing a clean and hygienic environment for all residents and staff.
- Catering and Hygiene: Assist with meal preparation, adhere to food safety standards, and maintain a tidy workspace.
