Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Enrichment Programs Leader to drive the success of our leisure programs in Canberra and Brisbane.

This part-time position requires a talented individual with expertise in theatre and screen, as well as strong management skills. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO and Operations Manager to deliver quality programs and ensure student retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement enrichment programs for children and adults, including after-school acting programs, musical theatre production, and corporate training
  • Work with staff to create engaging experiences that bring joy to participants
  • Invent and manage systems to ensure smooth program delivery
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of teaching artists
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of theatre and screen principles
  • Excellent management and leadership skills
  • Ability to devise new workshop programs and recruit skilled trainers
  • Experience in child safety requirements and procedures
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
Benefits

Working Arrangements
