Today, enterprises face challenges due to the increasing number of data and users outside their network perimeter. This has led to a shift in security requirements, necessitating a new approach. We realized that a cloud-based security solution was necessary to protect data wherever it goes.

Position Overview:

The Regional Sales Manager will work closely with our executive team to achieve success in their territory. This is an excellent opportunity for sales professionals who have a proven track record of dominating their territory and contributing to building a leading cloud security company.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting new accounts, generating interest, qualifying, developing, and closing new business
  • Meeting and exceeding revenue targets and goals assigned to the territory
  • Developing an overall account strategy leading to the deployment of a well-executed selling effort into the assigned territory/accounts
  • Focusing on new accounts, customer satisfaction, and retention
  • Partner engagement and joint GTM outcomes

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of successful track record selling cybersecurity and networking technologies including network security technologies such as Proxies, Next Generation Firewalls (NGFW), SSL/IPSec, VPN's, SSO, DLP, and Encryption gateways and growing a territory
  • Knowledge of whole of government IT reforms, security frameworks (Essential 8, PSPF, ISM etc)
  • Strong understanding of Federal Government procurement frameworks, panels, and decision-making processes
  • Established network of customer relationships within Federal Government Departments and Agencies
  • Exceptional track record of success with consultative sales of complex enterprise software solutions to C-level executives in the Federal Government
  • Verifiable track record of exceeding quotas year after year
  • Resides in the targeted geography with local enterprise customer relationships
  • Experience establishing and fostering strong Channel Partner relationships. Pre-existing relationships with key resellers in the assigned territory are a must
  • Understanding of enterprise web technologies and SaaS experience is a must
  • Resides in Canberra, ACT
  • Travel: within region and occasional interstate travel
