Your Impact
  • Develop and implement recommendations for commercial property strategies.

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery from feasibility to execution.
  • Manage consultant, contractor and stakeholder engagement effectively.
  • Oversee commercial transactions and property governance frameworks.
  • Provide strategic advice and uplift internal capability.


Requirements
  • A strategic mindset and strong stakeholder engagement skills are essential.
  • Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience are required.
  • Expertise in property, planning and governance is necessary.
  • Financial acumen and business case development skills are desirable.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills are expected.
  • A Class C Driver's Licence is required.
