Hotel Front Office Manager

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will support the Rooms Division Manager in leading the day-to-day operations of the Front Office Department. This includes motivating and growing the Front Office Team to deliver exceptional service to our guests.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead by example and maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with the Rooms Division Manager to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Supervise and mentor the Front Office Team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Monitor and control costs to ensure the Front Office Department operates within budget.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hotel industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Demonstrated knowledge of hotel operations, including front office procedures and policies.
- Proficient in the use of Opera PMS and other relevant software systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
