Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will support the Rooms Division Manager in leading the day-to-day operations of the Front Office Department. This includes motivating and growing the Front Office Team to deliver exceptional service to our guests.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead by example and maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with the Rooms Division Manager to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Supervise and mentor the Front Office Team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Monitor and control costs to ensure the Front Office Department operates within budget.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hotel industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of hotel operations, including front office procedures and policies.
  • Proficient in the use of Opera PMS and other relevant software systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
