Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records, manage budgets, and analyze data to inform business decisions.

About You:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar Duty Manager position.
  • Demonstrated expertise in hotel operations, including front office management, customer service, and conflict resolution.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Possess a Diploma level qualification in hospitality or a related field.
