About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to join our vibrant and fast-paced team at HCF Group. As a champion of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, you will work with autonomy to implement technical solutions and best practices in light of the best customer-experience through building out HCF member journeys that are member driven within our digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and execute 1:1 campaigns and journeys within HCF's own channels: email, direct mail, SMS, online transactional messaging, and mobile app.
  • Work with the Senior Manager to analyze, evolve, and optimize operational processes within the team in light of the needs of the business as we grow together.
  • Participate in a wider community enabling initiatives for customer journeys to come to life, giving you an excellent career trajectory for growth and development at HCF.
Requirements
  • Hands-on and deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Advanced experience with HTML, CSS, and AMPscript.
  • Proficiency in SQL and understanding of data structures, enabling you to manage and manipulate data effectively.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering and executing end-to-end marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of 1:1 communication, including compliance and regulatory impact.
  • Understanding of end-to-end Customer Journeys and their dependencies.
