Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clients and AKQA teams to understand and deliver campaigns that meet their business objectives.
  • Translate marketing briefs into technical delivery requirements, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Create AKQA campaign briefs based on client solutions, showcasing your expertise in campaign development.
  • Translate client business requirements into deliverables, demonstrating your ability to drive results.
  • Collaborate with AKQA partner technologies such as Adobe Campaign, Braze, and Microsoft Dynamics to plan, build, and deploy campaign workflows.
  • Utilize tools like Google Data Studio, Power BI, and Tableau Reporting to evaluate and analyze campaign performance.
  • Monitor ongoing campaign activity against agreed metrics, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Manage change requests for existing and future planned campaigns, showcasing your adaptability and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

  • Experience in campaign management within an agency or client-side environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and proactive problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Technical experience with cross-channel marketing technologies, including Adobe Campaign, Marketo, Braze, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Good understanding of numbers and data analysis.
