About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team at Dijgtal. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through innovative marketing strategies and technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage technology to enhance our digital marketing campaigns, optimize customer engagement, and drive growth for our clients.
  • Utilize analytics and conversion tracking platforms, CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and content management systems to support marketing initiatives.
  • Take ownership of data integrity, measurement, and attribution of all campaigns.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in marketing technology and make recommendations for new tools and strategies that can improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and manage marketing automation workflows to improve lead generation, nurture campaigns, and customer retention strategies.
  • Ensure seamless integration of marketing tools with other business systems.
  • Leverage CRM automation tools to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and personalize customer communications.
  • Implement CRM communication strategies through various channels.
  • Optimize CRM integrations and workflows to support marketing and sales team functions.
  • Discover and present opportunities to improve campaign performance through data and insights.
  • Analyze marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Take ownership of the campaign analysis tools, integrating and measuring data across all digital marketing platforms.
  • Create dashboards that help stakeholders quickly attribute and digest the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on the performance of client campaigns on a customer engagement and transactional level.
  • Improve processes and make recommendations on new platforms and integrations to serve the client.
  • Make data-driven decisions with a test and learn mindset.
  • Work with different departments to leverage data and insights to drive better performance.
  • Support marketing strategy, helping to create new trends rather than follow them.
  • Take part in developing the office culture and establishing positive team dynamics.
