We are currently seeking an Automation Technician to join our Service team in NSW, dedicated to delivering exceptional results for our clients.

This position is a permanent full-time opportunity for a qualified A-grade electrician. The ideal candidate will possess experience in troubleshooting utilizing online PLC and SCADA tools across major platforms such as Rockwell, Siemens, GE, Schneider, Omron, Mitsubishi, and others. You will also benefit from access to Australia's premier Electrical, Instrumentation, Control, and Automation training facilities to enhance your skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide field service and breakdown support across a diverse range of industries.
  • Conduct preventative, corrective, and recommended maintenance along with thorough documentation.
  • Execute electrical installation tasks.
  • Offer offsite remote support as needed.
  • Assist in the commissioning of various projects.
  • Manage on-the-job timekeeping and invoicing processes.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated commitment to safety and maintaining a secure working environment.
  • Proven industrial electrical experience.
  • Experience in electrical installation and commissioning.
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Willingness to participate in a rotating after-hours on-call roster.

Key Requirements:

  • A-Grade Electrical Licence.
  • Valid Australian driver's licence.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
  • Ability to pass a National Criminal History Check and pre-employment medical assessment, including a Drug & Alcohol test.
