Return to Work Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Return to Work Coordinator to join our team at M2P Engineering Pty Ltd. As a key member of our Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe return to work of our employees who have been injured on the job.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Implement RTW Processes: Develop and implement a comprehensive Return to Work (RTW) process that meets the needs of our national operations.
- Coordinate RTW Cases: Work closely with injured employees, supervisors, and other stakeholders to coordinate RTW cases and ensure a smooth return to work process.
- Investigations and Corrective Actions: Conduct investigations related to RTW and contribute to implementing corrective actions to prevent future incidents.
- HSE Initiatives: Support HSE initiatives in our workshops across Australia to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
- Experience: Extensive demonstrated experience in a similar position, coordinating RTW processes for a medium to large-sized business.
- Qualifications: Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety or equivalent qualification.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of national workers compensation, return to work, and workplace health and safety regulations and standards.
