Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Returns Team Member to join our team. As a Returns Team Member, you will be responsible for the timely and efficient return of faulty, defective, and damaged bulky goods within our Home Delivery Centre (HDC).

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Escalated Customer Returns
    • Ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer complaints
    • Communicate with customers to provide updates on return status
  • Resolve Credit Claims with Suppliers
    • Work with suppliers to resolve credit claims in a timely manner
    • Escalate issues to management as needed
  • Ensure Transport Compliance
    • Monitor transport carriers to ensure compliance with service level targets
    • Identify and remedy non-compliance issues
  • Contribute to Process Improvement
    • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and systems
    • Contribute to the development of quality records management and data integrity

Requirements

  • Year 12 Education
  • At Least 3 Years Operational Warehouse Experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications
  • Forklift License (Advantageous but Not Required)
