About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled UX/UI Designer to join our team at Clear To Work. As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our digital platforms, ensuring that they are intuitive, visually appealing, and meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and Design: Develop high-quality, user-centered designs for various digital touchpoints, including websites, mobile applications, and internal tools.
  • User Research and Analysis: Conduct user research to gain a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors, and translate this knowledge into actionable design recommendations.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality, and effectively communicate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders.
  • Prototyping and Testing: Create interactive prototypes to test and refine designs, and leverage A/B testing and CRO methodologies to optimize user experiences.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of front-end development principles and be able to work effectively with PHP templating engines and front-end frameworks.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in design and prototyping tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct user research and apply user-centered design principles.
  • Mastery of UX/UI design and prototyping tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or similar software.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience making data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with CRO and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale and gather feedback.
  • Adaptable to evolving design trends and technologies, with a passion for continuous learning.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Familiarity with PHP templating engines or experience working with front-end frameworks that integrate well with PHP.
