About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Engagement and Partnerships Director to join our team at Australia Post. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing community programs and partnerships that align with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Community Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute community programs and partnerships that drive social impact and enhance our brand reputation.
  • Manage Partnerships and Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful partnership outcomes.
  • Develop and Manage Budgets: Oversee the development and management of budgets for community programs and partnerships, ensuring effective resource allocation and ROI.
  • Communicate and Report: Develop and disseminate reports and communications to stakeholders, highlighting the impact and success of community programs and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the Retail, Brand, Marketing, and Communications teams to develop and execute marketing and communications plans that support community strategy and enhance our brand reputation.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a passion for community engagement and partnerships. You will have a strong track record of developing and implementing community programs and partnerships, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in community engagement and partnerships, preferably in a corporate or non-profit setting.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing community programs and partnerships that drive social impact and enhance brand reputation.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong budgeting and financial management skills, with the ability to develop and manage budgets for community programs and partnerships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
