Team Overview

The Lifecycle & Engagement team is dedicated to crafting personalized, multi-channel consumer journeys that resonate with our audience throughout their property experiences. Utilizing advanced marketing technologies such as Braze and Tealium, we collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve significant business results.

This position will primarily focus on fostering growth within our Financial Services division, experimenting with personalized financial experiences that align with consumer journeys, ultimately guiding them toward their property aspirations.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the broader Lifecycle & Engagement team, Marketing Automation & Enablement, Financial Services, and Consumer Product teams to prioritize, develop, execute, and evaluate campaigns while sharing insights across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize new opportunities, ensuring consumer relevance while maximizing ROI for REA.
  • Serve as a lifecycle communications expert, providing guidance and recommendations to teams seeking to enhance their consumer experiences.
  • Utilize data and insights to develop campaign concepts in partnership with UX designers, ensuring a deep understanding of consumer audiences.
  • Create personalized, relevant, and timely messaging, constructing a comprehensive consumer journey that aligns with our objectives.
  • Implement a robust optimization testing strategy, continually refining campaigns within all Braze channels to demonstrate incremental improvements in engagement and conversion.
  • Oversee audience targeting, monitor campaign metrics, and manage the proofing, testing, and launching processes within Braze.
  • Coordinate the communication schedule based on contact rules across channels to enhance engagement and ROI.
  • Analyze campaign performance, sharing key insights and learnings with the team and broader organization.
  • Stay informed about new developments and best practices in communication personalization and marketing operations.

Candidate Profile

  • A tertiary qualification or equivalent in Marketing.
  • Over 5 years of experience in similar Lifecycle or Marketing roles, with a proven ability to create campaign plans and manage projects effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for crafting exceptional consumer experiences.
  • Technically proficient, with experience in campaign creation and management, preferably with a marketing automation platform like Braze.
  • Ability to identify new opportunities and translate them into actionable campaign plans through implementation and post-launch analysis.
  • Data-driven, with experience in developing testing strategies to enhance communication performance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, capable of collaborating cross-functionally to achieve optimal marketing and customer experience outcomes.
  • Willingness to engage in hands-on implementation while also adopting a strategic perspective when necessary.
  • A creative mindset with experience in optimization testing methodologies and best practices.
  • A genuine desire to support colleagues and contribute to team success.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
