**Role responsibilities**
- Our Team is now on the hunt for a sociable _**_Talent & Partnerships Advisor _**_to join our team._
- You will play a key _**_operational_**_ role in preparing our newly graduated students in their new career path. Your perimeter will be the region APAC with Shanghai, Bali, Singapore, Sydney and Melbourne campus._

**_ Your Responsibilities _**:

- Source and engage partners to generate opportunities for our students :_
- _
- _
- **_Sourcing & Qualifying_**_ inbounds and outbounds leads_
- _
- _Setting up _**_marketing strategies_**_ to generate more leads_
- _
- _Deliver events such as job fairs, get me hiring event, lunch&learns to _**_bring closer partners and students._**_ _
- _Ensure that the _**_career services offered to partner companies_**_ run smoothly: Hiring Newsletter, Talent Pool, Job Fair, etc._
- _
- _Keep up-to-date the _**_Talent Pool on a regional level_**_ to showcase our graduates_
- _
- _Guarantee _**_a job placement rate_**_ for our students and _**_job reports _**_to showcase your results_
- ‍ Prepare our newly graduated students in their new career path :_
- _
- _
- _Plan, organise and deliver _**_Career Week_**_, namely by: _
- _Onboarding and training Career TAs and other relevant team members;_
- _
- _Sourcing, organising and following-up with speakers and workshop facilitators;_
- _
- _Presenting the Career Week workshops in a (good) hybrid setting;_
- _
- _Leading communication during the week and collecting feedback after;_
- _
- _Run/Coordinate _**_1:1 career coaching sessions_**_ with the alumni from the region;_
- _
- _Implement _**_1-month and 3-month check-ins_**_ with recent graduates;_
- _
- _Collect quarterly outcomes data from all students to _**_track students’ success and hiring rates_**_ across our Bootcamps._
- _
- _Engage of our Alumni Community post-bootcamp by working closely with Marketing Team to strengthen our network_
