About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled APS4 Planner to join our team at HOBAN Recruitment. As a key member of our Home and Living Planning and Operations Branch, you will play a crucial role in contributing to key initiatives and projects designed to improve our agency's ability to effectively support participants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gathering Information: You will engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather information from participants and planning partners, either by phone or in person, to support high-quality planning and evidence-based decisions.
  • Policy Application: You will apply relevant policies, guidelines, and legislation to make funding decisions that complement informal, community, and mainstream supports.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: You will collaborate with participants and their representatives to identify current and future support needs and options, and coordinate with key stakeholders to deliver services.
  • Issue Resolution: You will address issues and complaints related to participant plans, and manage administrative tasks and data entry for participant records.
  • Performance Metrics: You will contribute to the achievement of key performance indicators, including planning targets.
Requirements
  • Australian Citizenship: You must be an Australian citizen to be eligible for this role.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: You will need strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders and participants.
  • Data Analysis and Time Management: You will require proficiency in data analysis and time management to efficiently manage multiple participant records.
