Role Overview:
As the Product Enablement Lead, you will be instrumental in supporting both sales and account management initiatives for our clientele. Your expertise will be vital during regular interactions with key customers, where your insights will help address their unique challenges and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Crafting and implementing tailored solutions utilizing our extensive API offerings to enhance payment experiences and achieve significant results for our clients.
- Aligning technical solutions with customer goals to foster successful and productive partnerships.
- Engaging deeply in the sales process, effectively communicating technology and product positioning to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Core Duties:
Solution Development:
- Partner with the sales team to identify opportunities for improving the payment experience for clients.
- Design scalable and effective payment solutions that meet client specifications, drawing on a comprehensive understanding of payment technologies and industry standards.
- Create detailed solution architectures, including system diagrams and technical specifications, to clearly convey proposed solutions to clients.
Sales Assistance:
- Act as the technical expert during client interactions, participating in meetings and presentations with both new and existing customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and proofs of concept to illustrate the capabilities of proposed solutions, addressing any client concerns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer needs are met with proposed solutions.
Technical Advisory:
- Offer strategic insights and recommendations to clients regarding payment technology trends and market opportunities.
- Guide clients on integration strategies and security considerations to optimize their payment solutions.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, acting as a reliable advisor.
Sales Support:
- Develop and maintain a library of reusable solution resources, including technical documentation and case studies, to assist the sales process.
- Provide training and workshops for sales teams on payment solutions, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge to effectively engage with clients.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to enhance the competitiveness of our solutions.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a pre-sales or solutions-oriented role, particularly in value-added solutions or payments.
- Familiarity with payment processing technologies, including gateways, merchant services, and fraud prevention.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of APIs, SDKs, and integration protocols.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of conveying complex technical information to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at various organizational levels.
