Job Description:
WOW Recruitment is seeking a skilled Inbound Sales Representative to join their team in Sydney. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for qualifying and converting inbound leads into customers. Your primary goal will be to understand customer needs and provide solutions for their business.
About the Role:
* Qualify and convert inbound leads into customers
* Proactively make outbound sales calls to connect with prospective clients
* Understand customer needs and provide solutions for their business
* Explore new sales prospects and avenues and negotiate with clients
* Seamlessly manage prospects using the Salesforce CRM system
About You:
* Previous phone sales experience, ideally full sales cycle
* Previous experience managing inbound leads will be highly regarded
* Prior experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software is an advantage
* Ability to work with KPIs and targets
