The Job
Reporting to the Head of Sales & Client Operations, you will be responsible for conducting daily sales activities via phone, face-to-face, and email/web, working closely with the team to meet sales and client service goals, proactively following up on warm leads to maximize conversion opportunities, partnering with operations to streamline the sales process, ensuring clients receive outstanding service, and creating customized and innovative solutions for key clients.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in a phone-based sales role within the financial services sector.
- Degree qualified in Business, Commerce, or a related field is advantageous.
- A strong passion for building lasting customer relationships and understanding buyer behavior.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively convey complex ideas.
