About the Job

Senior Change Analyst is responsible for delivering end-to-end people change management on IT projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Gathering and analysing data to contribute to change management plans and reporting
  • Developing and implementing change impact assessments, mitigation actions and workforce transition plans to support employees moving to new ways of working
  • Engaging with stakeholders to understand their requirements
  • Drafting communications and support materials, including communications collateral, presentation materials, website copy, frequently asked questions, etc.
  • Developing, coordinating, and delivering training, including developing training materials, delivering classroom training and collating feedback
  • Supporting and participating in Program forums, Committees and Working Groups as required to ensure stakeholder interests are effectively represented

Experience and knowledge required:

  • Minimum three years' experience delivering end-to-end people change management on IT projects
  • Experience developing communication collateral for customers and internal staff
  • Experience developing training and supporting materials
  • Excellent presentation and people skills
  • Experience partnering with project teams to successfully deliver projects and maintain momentum in the delivery of change
  • Capability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers and internal and external stakeholders
