Student Experience Coordinator

The Student Experience Administrator – Korean will play a vital role in supporting the student journey at Alphacrucis University College. This position will be responsible for processing, maintaining, and ensuring the accuracy of student records, from initial application through to graduation.
Key Responsibilities- Student Record Management: Assess and process applications and enrolments for international and domestic students, ensuring timely and accurate completion of student records.
- Communication and Support: Provide exceptional communication and support to students at various stages of their studies, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Student Support: Enter and maintain student records in the student management system, process student-based requests and forms, and provide support to future, new, and continuing students.
- Event Support: Assist and support at student-based events such as graduation and orientation, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for students.
- Enquiry Response: Respond to enquiries from staff, students, and stakeholders, providing accurate and timely information to meet their needs.
- Education: The completion of a VET or HE degree is desired.
- Experience: Experience in an administrative or customer-service role is essential, with a tertiary institution background being highly desirable.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and Korean is required, with an understanding of the VET and HE sector being strongly desired.
- Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
