Delivery Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Delivery Associate.

About the Role:

• This is a full-time opportunity where you will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to customers.
• As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a critical role in maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Goods receipt and dispatch
• Management of stock, pick and pack orders
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Inventory control
• Assisting with sales in the branch when required
• Merchandising and processing sales transactions
• Responding to customer queries and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction

Requirements:

• Truck licence – HR is required
• A current and clean drivers' licence is required and a forklift ticket is advantageous
• Focus on safety for yourself and your workmates
• Prior inventory and stock control experience
• High attention to detail
• High level of customer service skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize the workload whilst ensuring completion of all tasks in a timely manner
