About Our Key Support Position

This critical function plays a central part in ensuring seamless business operations and exceptional customer experiences.

  • Serving as a liaison, coordinating across teams to deliver enhanced neighbourhood support
  • Serving as the first point of contact for internal and external customers via phone, email, and in-person engagement
  • Effectively managing requests, concerns, and inquiries with precision and diplomacy
  • Rostering and scheduling support for the neighbourhood with careful consideration and attention to detail
  • Crafting high-quality correspondence and documentation as requested
  • Efficiently organizing appointments, diaries, travel, and meeting/workshop preparatory arrangements with excellent time management skills
  • Maintaining office supplies and equipment, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
  • Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of information in financial, human resource, and other systems and databases
  • Utilizing mainstream software including the Microsoft Office Suite and database applications (Intermediate – Advanced skills required)
  • Providing senior staff support on special projects as needed
Key Requirements
  • Demonstrated proficiency in verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior experience in rostering/scheduling – Highly regarded
  • Exceptional time-management skills and ability to prioritize workload effectively
  • Strong knowledge and experience with MS Office and Database applications
  • Comfort with smart phones and digital devices or willingness to learn and adapt
  • Outstanding time management skills and ability to prioritize workloads with a proactive attitude
