Asset Manager

The Asset Manager plays a vital role in supporting the maintenance of the asset register across our customer portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and enter asset details for all brands into the COMS Database.
  • Undertake regular reporting and analysis in Excel utilising complex formulas and data analysis tools.
  • Review PPM invoices to be signed off and sent to Accounts for processing.
  • Provide support to contractors, stores and team members.
  • Daily review and management of Assets inbox.
  • Ensure PPM schedules are correct.
  • Source and send essential services compliance documentation upon request.
  • Maintain essential services compliance schedule.
Requirements
  • Achieved VCE.
  • Cert III/IV Commerce/management/asset maintenance (or similar) is highly preferred.
  • Ability to analyse large volumes of data through Excel.
  • Well-developed verbal communication skills including consultation with suppliers, 3rd parties, vendors etc.
  • Great work ethic and desire to succeed.
