Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic asset management team within our Group Asset division. As an Asset Administrator/Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the correct configuration of asset specifications to meet fit-for-purpose requirements.

The role involves managing asset utilisation and eliminating unnecessary assets and costs. You will also support the provision of repairs and maintenance requests, fuel cards, tolls, telematics, infringements, breakdowns, and accident management services.

Key responsibilities include maintaining the asset database and other applicable databases, facilitating asset maintenance procedures to ensure ongoing asset fitness for intended purpose, compliance with manufacturer's/regulatory specifications and OHS guidelines.

You will also coordinate the disposal of surplus assets with the objective of obtaining the best possible financial return for the company. Additionally, you will provide management reports to assist the business in making informed decisions.

About the Role

This is an 8-month fixed-term role with a possibility of extension. The role is based at our modern head office, offering a vibrant environment with a balcony, BBQ area, collaborative and quiet spaces, and plenty of natural light.

Responsibilities:
