Asset Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading company in its field within the Asset Management division.
Main Responsibilities- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure asset specifications meet fit-for-purpose requirements.
- Optimize asset utilization and eliminate unnecessary assets and costs.
- Support the provision of repairs and maintenance requests, fuel cards, tolls, telematics, infringements, breakdowns, and accident management services.
- Maintain accurate records of asset databases and other applicable systems.
- Coordinate asset maintenance procedures to ensure ongoing fitness for purpose, compliance with manufacturer's/regulatory specifications, and OHS guidelines.
- Facilitate the disposal of surplus assets to achieve the best possible financial return.
- Provide management reports to inform business decisions.
- Ensure the physical protection, security, and control of all assets.
Suitable candidates will have experience in asset management or contract management, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel).
