
Maintenance and Asset Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing and determining maintenance requirements for department-owned property assets.
- Determine and assess the maintenance requirements for department-owned property assets, ensuring maintenance works are delivered according to frameworks, policies and processes.
- Support the management of vacant property inspections in accordance with vacant unit maintenance procedures and inspect community housing properties as required.
- Undertake initial assessments and provide expert advice and recommendations for disability modification requests and major building rectification or asset protection activities.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills are also essential.
- Expertise in property maintenance and management is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of relevant policies, frameworks and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
