Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing and determining maintenance requirements for department-owned property assets.

  • Determine and assess the maintenance requirements for department-owned property assets, ensuring maintenance works are delivered according to frameworks, policies and processes.
  • Support the management of vacant property inspections in accordance with vacant unit maintenance procedures and inspect community housing properties as required.
  • Undertake initial assessments and provide expert advice and recommendations for disability modification requests and major building rectification or asset protection activities.
Key Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills are also essential.

  • Expertise in property maintenance and management is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant policies, frameworks and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
