Job Description

This is a full-time role that involves preparing and cooking a wide range of dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a senior culinary expert, you will be responsible for utilizing your knowledge of produce and techniques to create contemporary dishes that exceed our guests' expectations.

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to meet the needs of our discerning guests.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef and team to achieve our culinary goals.
  • Participate in on-the-job training to continue developing your skills and knowledge.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fine dining experience in hatted or Michelin-starred establishments.
  • Passion for elevated cuisine and providing guests with an exceptional dining experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
