Full-time role within a French-inspired fine dining restaurant, based in the stunning hinterland of Mornington Peninsula, Victoria. Suitable for a Chef de Partie to step into a senior position, elevate their culinary career, and support an established brand known for its focus and vision.

  • Requires: Fine dining experience in hatted or Michelin-starred establishments
  • Salary guide:$65,000 to $75,000 per year
  • Location: Mornington Peninsula, Victoria.

Your normal day will involve:

  • Preparing and cooking a wide range of dishes in a fast-paced, busy kitchen.
  • Utilizing strong knowledge of produce and techniques to create beautiful, contemporary dishes.
  • Supporting the Head Chef and team in achieving the restaurant's goals.
  • Working with world-class chefs and FOH team in a stunning location.
  • Participating in on-the-job training in a modern kitchen.
  • Depending on experience, support the larder section as well as Pastry Chef.
