Welcome to Mounties Group, a leading provider of health and fitness services in New South Wales. We are currently seeking an experienced Chef to join our team at Club Wyong.
As a Culinary Expert, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our customers. This will involve managing food preparation, maintaining presentation and consistency, and ensuring compliance with food handling practices.

The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a kitchen, a Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery, Food Handling certificate, and exceptional communication skills. They will also be self-disciplined and a team player, able to work a flexible roster including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
