Job Title: Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented technical sales professional to join our team at Konecranes.

As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities within our existing customer base to further enhance our service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop effective product positioning and technical sales solutions to assist our customers achieve their Highest Lifecycle Value of their equipment.
  2. Create service and repair quotes in a timely manner for our customer base.
  3. Ensure the CRM is kept up to date and managed correctly.
  4. Provide customer consultation regarding both compliance requirements and asset improvement opportunities.
  5. Sales Funnel Management, Forecasting and Reporting.
  6. Effective Service and Project Handovers to the Service Operations Team.
  7. Work closely with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of work packages.

Additionally, the successful candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and experience:

  • Technical aptitude with a preference for academic or trade qualifications in electrical or mechanical fields.
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a technical sales or similar role.
  • Excellent customer service skills (internal and external).
  • Self-motivated to succeed in a competitive market with the ability to display diligence and determination in maintaining forward progress with a full sales funnel.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Shows a high degree of organisational ability and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability working with various computer programs with accuracy.
  • Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards.
