The Opportunity
We seek a technical expert with deep business knowledge to accelerate platform sales and expand our footprint within new and existing customers. This role involves collaborating with our pre-sales team to design, develop, and maintain SaaS solutions on PaaS.
What You'll Contribute
- Expertise in designing and developing BFSI SaaS solutions on PaaS.
- In-depth knowledge of technical elements for solution architecture around Origination Solution, Customer Management Solution, Application Fraud Assessment, Transaction Fraud Assessment use cases.
- Hands-on experience in leading decision engines, Business Process Management Systems, web application development using open-source UI builders, and relational databases (on-prem or AWS).
- Full-stack experience with Java, JavaScript, AngularJS, SQL/NoSQL.
- Deep understanding of SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS offerings.
- Excellent presentation skills to address customer queries on platform security, infrastructure, pricing.
- Building and configuring Proof-of-Concepts to match specific customer proposal needs.
- Collaborating with FICO sales, partners, and pre-sales individuals to convert business requirements into effective software designs.
- Developing and testing software solutions of varying complexity.
Requirements
- Engineering degree or above, or equivalent experience.
- Architectural thinking, business thinking, and technical problem-solving skills.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Technical Presales, specifically in the BFSI domain area.
- Expert hands-on experience in Java, JavaScript, AngularJS.
- Experience working with Windows and UNIX/Linux operating systems.
- Deeper database knowledge and exposure to one of the following: SQL Server, DB2, Oracle, or MySQL.
- Cloud-based technologies and lifecycle management understanding.
- Experience working on banking IT teams with knowledge of data security, tokenization, and encryption.
- A strong focus on quality and resilience of each solution.
- Outcome-oriented, independent, and adaptable individual.
