Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Engineer to join our team at Ethos Beath Chapman. This is an exceptional opportunity for a technically adept and consultative individual to elevate their career with a leading organization.

This role will play a critical part in technical pre-sales, collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and architecting tailored solutions. As a Senior Sales Engineer, you'll leverage your deep expertise in advanced software platforms and business applications to partner with the office of the CFO and other C-level executives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of products to provide professional guidance to channel partners on technical sales issues.
  • Serve as a point of contact for channel partners on technical sales issues, guiding them on how to access product training and support.
  • Help guide partners on how to access product training and support by providing product enablement sessions.
  • Respond to technical questions and provide solution architectures in RFI/P/Qs, sharing 'Best Practices' with other supporting proof of concepts delivery and pilot design.
  • Provide feedback to Product Development regarding new features, improving product performance, and eliminating bugs in the product.
  • Prepare resellers on the technical aspects of selling solutions practices and procedures, ensuring efficient installations – professionally managing the transition from pre-sales to post-sales.
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years' experience supporting a solution sales team in the pre-sales technical role.
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, information technology or a related discipline, or equivalent years of experience.
  • Professional presentation experience.
  • Business analysis at the IT, LOB, and Executive level.
  • .NET Computer programming experience is a plus.
  • Experience working with various partner/channel organizations.
  • Ability to travel (20%-35%).
Salary and Benefits:

The salary range for this role is approximately $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package that includes high trust and autonomy, allowing employees to excel and achieve their personal and professional goals.
