Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Head F&B Operations Manager to lead our Food and Beverage team in a prestigious resort in Asia. This is a seasonal contract with a competitive compensation package including room & board, utilities, basic medical insurance, uniforms, training, usage of all resorts sports facilities, and other advantages connected with Club Med.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, directing, and evaluating the operations of all food and beverage services, including restaurants, stewarding operations, and related services. They will ensure that quality standards are consistently met and service excellence is delivered at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directs efficient and effective operational activities in all restaurants and related service areas.
  • Ensures that quality standards are consistently met, and service excellence is delivered at all times.
  • Manage and control all variable costs; labour, food, beverage, etc.
  • Manage and develop sales of Fine Dining and Wines à la carte.
  • Assess, identify, and improve areas of weakness in service activities.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of managerial experience in Food and Beverage service, preferably in deluxe, 5-star hotels or restaurants.
  • A Diploma or higher in Hotel or F&B management.
  • Fluent spoken and written English. Knowledge of other international languages is highly desirable.
  • Well-groomed and presentable.
  • People-oriented, innovative, strong leadership skills, good interaction skills, and fun-loving.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is around $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. The compensation package also includes a range of benefits, such as room & board, utilities, basic medical insurance, uniforms, training, usage of all resorts sports facilities, and other advantages connected with Club Med.
